Firefighter
Firefighter Milan Rmus, who was injured during the firefighting on Ada Huja, died at the Military Medical Academy, it was confirmed for N1 in the Ministry of the Interior of Serbia.
Five more firefighters and two factory workers were injured in the fire that broke out on July 19 in the "Avala Kartonka" factory on Ada Huja.
Milan's fight for life lasted thirteen days, with the maximum efforts made by doctors at the Military Medical Academy. However, the injuries sustained were stronger than the brave firefighter who left behind wife and a 14-month-old son.
It was difficult to intubate him due to the extensiveness of the injuries, both over 60 percent of the burnt surfaces and the upper respiratory tract - they said after receiving Rmus at the Military Medical Academy.
